🙏 Spiritual Prep
For three days leading up to Campference, we would like for parents to pray together with their children to prepare to receive from God! Prayer guide videos will be released daily on Instagram at @hopekidssg from 27–29 May and the prayer guide is also made available below from 25 May onwards. Physical copies of the prayer guide will also be given to the kids at HopeKids services on 23–24 May.

Drop-off Rules
🏷️ Kids Tag + Parents Tag required at all times. Lost tags will incur a replacement fee and longer waiting time. Replacement tags are available at the registration counters at Apex Gallery, Level 1. Only 1 parent/adult at drop-off. Drop off at least 30 mins before session start. Drop-off opens 1 hour before programme.

Can parents accompany their child during Campference? ›
We strongly encourage parents to attend the adult sessions. Parents will be contacted if your child cannot settle after a prolonged period.
Domestic helpers may accompany on a case-by-case basis. Write to registration@hopesingapore.org.sg with helper's full name, child's attendee number, and reason.
Is there a programme for children with special needs? ›
There is no dedicated programme for special needs at HopeKids Campference. Please email hopekids@hopesingapore.org.sg to share your child's needs so we can support together.
Can I authorise someone else to drop-off / pick up my child? ›
Yes. Authorised adults must present the Parents Tag at drop-off and pick-up.
Will there be nap time? ›
Yes — nap times are planned for Tots during Sessions 2 & 5, and for Juniors during Session 2.
Children sleep on soft sleeping bags or mats. Lights are dimmed and soothing music is played. Children may bring a small comfort item — please label it clearly with the child's full name.
What if my child has dietary requirements? ›
All declared dietary requirements and food allergies from registration have been taken into account. Children may bring their own food if needed — for personal consumption only, not to be shared.
What if my child/I loses our kids tag/parents tag? ›
Replacement tags are available at the registration counters at Apex Gallery, Level 1. A replacement fee applies.
